Boucheron Merchandising Manager

- Ensure optimal product availability for Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, and High Jewelry in the Americas, adhering to regional merchandising guidelines and event calendars.
- Define boutique assortments in collaboration with each boutique for all product lines.
- Monitor and optimize deliveries, anticipating seasonality and local specificities.
- Consolidate and manage waiting lists and client orders, liaising with ADV.
- Drive qualitative stock management, including stock rotation and lifecycle status, and initiate quarterly rebalancing against Model Stock.
- Guarantee a minimum visible assortment for each boutique.
- Develop specific assortments for events in collaboration with commercial and VM teams.
- Arbitrate product allocation within the market as necessary.
- Coordinate product launches for European markets based on regional plans.
- Lead merchandising analysis and reporting for the Americas, providing insights and action plans.
- Support the American business by participating in sales forecasts and market intelligence surveillance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building sustainable relationships.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and seek managerial support when needed.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Curiosity, connectivity, and proactivity.
- Detail-oriented and well-prepared.
- Good team player.
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Merchandising and Product Marketing within the luxury sector, with a specific focus on the Jewelry industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Base salary $100,000 - $110,000 plus annual bonus.
