Boucheron Merchandising Manager

- Ensure optimal product availability across Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, and High Jewelry in the Americas, adhering to regional merchandising guidelines and launch plans.
- Define and manage boutique assortments for all product lines in collaboration with each boutique.
- Monitor and optimize deliveries, considering seasonality and local specificities, and manage waiting and client order lists.
- Drive stock management, including rotation and lifecycle status, and initiate quarterly rebalancing against Model Stock.
- Coordinate product allocation within the market as necessary.
- Ensure smooth product launches for European markets, coordinating communication with American markets and monitoring performance post-launch.
- Lead merchandising analysis and reporting for the Americas, providing insights and action plans based on stock and sales data.
- Support the American business by participating in sales forecasts and market intelligence surveillance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building sustainable relationships internally and externally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and well-prepared with a proactive approach.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Merchandising and Product Marketing within the luxury sector, specifically in the Jewelry industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Base salary $100,000 - $110,000 plus annual bonus.
