1. Develop and update comprehensive reporting tools for marketing analysis.
2. Conduct market intelligence surveillance to monitor competition and market strategies.
3. Coordinate with the International Marketing team to provide feedback on product offerings.
4. Align boutique assortments with sales trends and HQ guidelines.
5. Manage High-End business, including stock planning and event product selection.
6. Support boutique openings with tailored merchandising strategies.
7. Organize and lead key regional commercial events.
8. Coordinate product offers and assortment for new store openings and renovations.

1. 7+ years in merchandising or product marketing within luxury jewelry, watches, or luxury retail.
2. Degree holder with a strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior.
3. Experience in cross-functional project management.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills for building sustainable relationships.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
4. Strong presentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

A minimum of seven years in merchandising or product marketing within the luxury sector, particularly in jewelry or watches.

Bachelor's degree or higher.
