- Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing & Communication strategy for the Middle East, aligning with regional and global objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for brand visibility and growth.
- Oversee product marketing, merchandising, and communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage media planning, content creation, and PR activities to enhance brand image.
- Coordinate trade marketing and events to drive traffic and support sales.
- Manage the Middle East Marketing & Communication team, setting clear objectives and fostering professional development.
- Monitor and manage the communication budget, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern culture and fluency in Arabic.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in branding, marketing, and communication, with at least 5 years in the Middle East.
- Proven managerial experience, ideally within the luxury or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in developing and executing communication strategies.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is advantageous.
- Degree in communication, marketing, or business management.
- Strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong business acumen.
