Boucheron Marketing and Communications Assistant Intern

- Coordinate event projects and client experiences, including participation in organizing high-profile events such as the Cannes Film Festival and Haute Joaillerie events.
- Assist in the deployment of cross-functional projects, including in-store animations, cocktails, and personalized client experiences.
- Ensure daily logistical follow-up and coordination with involved service providers.
- Liaise with press agencies, journalists, and stylists for shoots, visuals, and lookbook distribution.
- Coordinate with various departments including PR agencies, retail, security, and logistics.
- Assist in the preparation of various reports and analysis of press coverage.
- Manage administrative aspects of projects, including budget tracking and invoice processing.
- Prepare pre- and post-event reports in collaboration with all involved teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or Communications.
- At least 6 months of professional experience in a marketing or communications environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe InDesign is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Sensitivity to luxury and excellence in service.
A minimum of 6 months of professional experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or Communications.
