1. Assist in monitoring maintenance operations for Boucheron boutiques within the EMEA region.
2. Coordinate with external service providers to ensure seamless maintenance activities.
3. Track maintenance interventions, including scheduling, progress, and quality assurance.
4. Update and maintain comprehensive maintenance plans.
5. Manage maintenance tickets from creation to closure, ensuring data accuracy.
6. Develop simple reports and dashboards to track maintenance performance indicators.
7. Support minor refurbishment projects and store improvements.
8. Assist in budget tracking, including purchase orders, invoices, and cost estimates.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in architecture, engineering, civil engineering, or facility management.
2. Strong interest in maintenance, retail, and project management.

2. Knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
