- Develop and implement a strategic maintenance roadmap, ensuring global consistency and efficiency.
- Lead the selection, onboarding, and management of external consultants, contractors, and service providers.
- Oversee administrative and legal aspects related to maintenance activities.
- Coordinate maintenance works across headquarters and regional teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Manage boutique refresh projects in collaboration with design teams and suppliers.
- Monitor performance and budgets using Business Intelligence tools.
- Support sustainability and energy efficiency strategies.
- Oversee maintenance operations for flagship and Boucheron stores in EMEA, including budget management.
- Build and maintain a qualified supplier network for maintenance across regions.
- Ensure consistent application of global maintenance guidelines and train retail teams accordingly.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance or Facility Management, ideally within luxury retail.
- Master’s degree in architecture or engineering.
- Strong project management and technical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Office Suite, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Ability to multitask and shift between creative and administrative tasks.
- Decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years in Maintenance or Facility Management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Master’s degree in architecture or engineering.
