1. Develop and implement a strategic maintenance roadmap, ensuring global consistency and efficiency.
2. Lead the selection, onboarding, and management of external consultants, contractors, and service providers.
3. Oversee administrative and legal aspects related to maintenance activities.
4. Coordinate maintenance works across headquarters and regional teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
5. Manage boutique refresh projects in collaboration with design teams and suppliers.
6. Monitor performance and budgets using Business Intelligence tools.
7. Support sustainability and energy efficiency strategies.
8. Oversee maintenance operations for flagship and Boucheron stores in EMEA, including budget management.
9. Build and maintain a qualified supplier network for maintenance across regions.
10. Ensure consistent application of global maintenance guidelines and train retail teams accordingly.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance or Facility Management, ideally within luxury retail.
2. Master’s degree in architecture or engineering.

3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

8. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years in Maintenance or Facility Management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Master’s degree in architecture or engineering.
