Boucheron Logistics Coordinator

- Ensure the physical and administrative management of finished products.
- Verify the physical integrity of received packages and the conformity of accompanying documentation.
- Control the volume of received items against expected quantities in accordance with reception procedures.
- Manage priorities and adhere to reception deadlines.
- Archive documentation and maintain flow tracking tables, including customs receptions.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments such as Sales Administration, Quality Control, and Purchasing.
- Participate in logistical events such as inventories, preparation for Family Sales, and commercial events.
- Occasionally support the Logistics team in Reception, Shipping, and Quality Control.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve logistical operations and storage area.
- Minimum high school diploma (Bac).
- Experience with IT tools, ideally an ERP system.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Experience in logistics is advantageous.
- Versatile and autonomous.
- Methodical, highly organized, with strong anticipation skills.
- Good team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and proactive attitude.
Previous experience in logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
High school diploma (Bac) minimum.
