1. Coordinate the signing, dispatch, and archiving of legal documents.
2. Manage and update the legal department's dashboards and contract repository.
3. Organize and maintain filing systems for contracts and other legal documents.
4. Produce statistical reports for the Legal Director.
5. Update and file documents related to various subsidiaries.
6. Facilitate the approval of accounts and other corporate operations.
7. Handle the signing, legalization, and certification of Power of Attorneys.
8. File trademark certificates and update tracking tables.
9. Deposit designs with bailiffs and ensure proper archiving.

1. Organized, curious, and autonomous.
2. Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively.

1. Collaborative work in an international cultural context.
2. Proficiency in IT tools.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in legal administrative work is essential.
