1. Coordinate the signing, dispatch, and archiving of legal documents.
2. Manage and update legal department dashboards and contract repositories.
3. Organize and classify contracts and other legal documents.
4. Produce statistical reports for the Legal Director.
5. Update decision-tracking sheets for various subsidiaries.
6. Coordinate the approval of accounts and other corporate operations.
7. Manage the signing, legalization, and certification of powers of attorney.
8. Classify trademark certificates and update tracking tables.
9. Submit designs to bailiffs and archive them.

1. Organized, curious, and autonomous.
2. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate rigor.
3. Strong prioritization skills.

1. Collaborative work in an international cultural context.
2. Proficiency in IT tools.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in legal affairs and corporate operations is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Law or a related field.
