1. Lead and train a team of five quality control specialists in jewelry and fine jewelry.
2. Plan and organize quality control operations, hallmarking, and product refurbishments.
3. Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures.
4. Communicate and coordinate with quality and operations teams across markets.
5. Alert and collaborate with market teams on local actions.
6. Develop and implement quality-related procedures.
7. Manage performance through KPIs and productivity improvement tools.
8. Participate in daily tasks and ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures.

1. Minimum of a Bac +2 education level.
2. Several years of experience in quality control.
3. Previous management experience is mandatory.

1. Technical knowledge of jewelry.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with ERP experience preferred.
6. Good command of English.

Several years of experience in quality control with a mandatory background in management.

Minimum Bac +2 or equivalent.
