1. Lead and train a team of five quality control professionals in the jewelry and fine jewelry sector.
2. Plan and organize quality control operations, hallmarking, and product refurbishments.
3. Establish and maintain quality standards.
4. Communicate effectively with market quality and operations teams.
5. Alert and coordinate with markets on local actions.
6. Develop and implement quality-related procedures.
7. Manage performance through KPIs and productivity improvement tools.
8. Participate in daily tasks and ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures.

1. Minimum of a Bac +2 education level with several years of experience in quality control.
2. Mandatory prior experience in management.
3. Technical knowledge of jewelry.
4. Ability to perform meticulous tasks requiring concentration and precision.

1. Strong interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize information.
3. Proficiency in computer tools such as Word and Excel, with ERP experience preferred.
4. Good command of the English language.

Several years of experience in quality control, with a mandatory background in management.

Bac +2 or higher.
