- Assist in the annual review of standard costs for the upcoming year, including preparation of analyses, participation in negotiations, and data consolidation.
- Monitor supplier consultations by collecting offers, analyzing data, and creating comparative tables.
- Identify optimization levers and propose economic gain strategies.
- Participate in the collection of information and enhancement of precious metal traceability tools.
- Support the integration of semi-finished components into the PLM system.
- Ensure the reliability and updating of price data across various information systems (M3, Anaplan, PLM).
- Oversee administrative tracking of actual costs, including price verification and billing discrepancies.
- Propose improvements for management tools, such as KPI automation and the creation of a monthly purchasing newsletter.
- Contribute to the optimization and automation of indicators in Anaplan.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in purchasing or supply chain.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Anaplan) is advantageous.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong team spirit.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional proficiency in English is appreciated.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in purchasing or supply chain is necessary.
Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
