Boucheron Jewelry Purchasing Intern

- Assist in the annual review of standard costs for the upcoming year, including preparation of analyses, participation in negotiations, and data consolidation.
- Monitor supplier consultations by collecting and analyzing data, creating comparative tables, evaluating supplier performance (price, quality, delivery times), and providing monthly reports.
- Identify optimization levers and propose economic gain strategies.
- Oversee administrative tracking of actual costs, including price verification and billing discrepancy monitoring.
- Contribute to the collection of information and enhancement of tools for tracking the traceability of diamonds and colored stones.
- Participate in updating databases related to stone purchases, including price scales, supplier panels, and nomenclatures, and integrate them into IT tools.
- Ensure the reliability and updating of finished product price data across various information systems (M3, Anaplan, PLM, etc.).
- Propose improvements for management tools, such as KPI automation and the creation and deployment of a monthly purchasing newsletter.
- Actively engage in transformation projects for stone and finished product purchasing activities.
- Final-year student in a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in purchasing or supply chain.
- Strong interest in gemstones.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Anaplan) is advantageous.
- Meticulous, autonomous, solution-oriented, with strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
- Curious, dynamic, adaptable, and team-oriented.
