1. Manage a portfolio of new product development projects from marketing/creation brief to launch quantities availability.
2. Plan and coordinate operational activities to ensure project success in terms of quality, cost, and timelines.
3. Act as the central liaison for marketing within operations.
4. Ensure proper resource allocation and workload management for the project team.
5. Facilitate decision-making processes and arbitration within the project team.
6. Enhance communication within the project team.
7. Apply and improve standardized project management methodologies.
8. Utilize standard tools such as M3 and PLM effectively.
9. Evaluate the competitiveness of received offers in collaboration with purchasing.
10. Adhere to budget constraints and optimize development costs.
