1. Oversee the management of jewelry development projects from marketing brief to product launch.
2. Plan and coordinate operational activities to ensure project success in terms of quality, cost, and timelines.
3. Act as the central liaison between marketing and operations teams.
4. Ensure optimal resource allocation and project team workload balance.
5. Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve project-related issues.
6. Enhance communication within the project team.
7. Implement and improve standardized project management methodologies.
8. Utilize standard tools such as M3 and PLM for project management.
9. Evaluate cost competitiveness of received offers in collaboration with purchasing teams.
10. Adhere to budget constraints and optimize development expenses.
11. Regular travel within Europe is required.

3. Entry-level or initial experience in jewelry or other manufacturing sectors.
4. Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac +5).
