2. Work with wax to create models.
3. Handcraft complex models in wax and metal.
4. Develop new designs and models.
5. Execute intricate operations requiring extensive experience.
6. Research and apply optimal solutions to achieve desired results, incorporating CAD techniques when necessary.
7. May be appointed as lead on specific projects.

1. OJ3/4 certification or equivalent experience.
2. Proactive in challenging ideas and proposing initiatives.
