1. Coordinate and oversee CRM solution projects within the IT department, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and budgets while managing risks and facilitating change management.
2. Engage in business needs assessment, collaborating with key stakeholders to propose standard-based solutions.
3. Manage a portfolio of projects and enhancements, prioritizing tasks in collaboration with key users.
4. Configure and develop CDP enhancements, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
5. Coordinate testing and deliverable reviews with business stakeholders.
6. Conduct change management and training activities.
7. Provide expertise in resolving incidents not addressed by level 1 or 2 support.
8. Propose and lead initiatives to maintain solution quality and performance.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in luxury clienteling or CRM solutions (excluding Salesforce).
3. Proficiency in development to actively contribute to solution design and evolution.
4. Strong organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement and change management.
5. Autonomous decision-making capability and team-oriented mindset.
