- Coordinate and oversee CRM solution projects within the IT department, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and budgets while managing risks and facilitating change management.
- Engage in business needs assessment, collaborating with key stakeholders to propose standard-based solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of projects and enhancements, prioritizing tasks in collaboration with key users.
- Configure and develop CDP enhancements, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Coordinate testing and deliverable reviews with business stakeholders.
- Conduct change management and training activities.
- Provide expertise in resolving incidents not addressed by level 1 or 2 support.
- Propose and lead initiatives to maintain solution quality and performance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in luxury clienteling or CRM solutions (excluding Salesforce).
- Proficiency in development to actively contribute to solution design and evolution.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement and change management.
- Autonomous decision-making capability and team-oriented mindset.
