Boucheron IT Operations and Security Project Manager

1. Oversee the operations and production means of the IT entity, ensuring service quality and security align with management and user expectations.
2. Ensure optimal functioning of production units through effective planning, organization, and adherence to standards.
3. Safeguard the availability, security, integrity, and regulatory compliance of Boucheron's information systems and data.
4. Define and implement IT procedures to enhance system performance.
5. Execute data backup plans and establish security protocols to ensure data protection.
6. Develop preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for information systems.
7. Conduct technology watch to propose technological advancements.
8. Promote cybersecurity awareness among employees.

1. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience with Windows, Linux RHEL, IBMi-AS400, ADDS, O365, Azure, AWS, Alibaba, GCP.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems such as Infor M3, Cegid Y2, Neofugu.
4. Knowledge of M3 environments (DEV, VAL, PRD) and user role management.
5. Familiarity with M3 satellite development tools (MEC, ION, API, SQL).
6. Experience in lifecycle management, patching, and access management.
7. Proficiency in scripting and automation on Windows/Linux/AS400.
8. Fluency in English for international collaboration.

1. Strong technical and economic proposal skills for maintaining production means.
2. Ability to anticipate technological changes and their impacts.
3. Experience in project management (V-cycle, Agile) and change management.
4. Budget management skills.
5. Proficiency in ITSM/IT4IT tools like ServiceNow.
6. Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.

A minimum of 5 years in IT operations and security management, with experience in system administration and project management.

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
