- Assist the Merchandising Manager with stock management tasks.
- Process transfer requests for client presentations, ensuring product availability and logistical coordination.
- Monitor the transportation of selections for commercial and communication events in collaboration with Sales Administration.
- Validate availability for press shoots, celebrity loans, and internal requests, focusing on new collections.
- Coordinate with Quality Control for product restoration for sales.
- Conduct stock analyses, including quantitative, qualitative, and geographic evaluations.
- Develop regional stock allocation mapping.
- Support international project development and execution, including 360° plan implementation.
- Provide operational support during international events, such as press presentations and client activations.
- Coordinate between departments including CRM, Retail, Image, Press, and Visual Merchandising.
- Enrollment in a Business School or equivalent program (Master's level).
- Interest in the luxury and jewelry sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the luxury industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
No prior professional experience required, but a background in luxury or jewelry is beneficial.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
