1. Develop creative and educational training modules on topics such as Jewelry, High Jewelry, new collections, customer experience, sales techniques, and management.
2. Manage the e-learning platform, including the development of e-learning modules, creation of training paths, content integration, KPI reporting, and community engagement.
3. Coordinate and respond to market requests, acting as the primary contact for platform-related inquiries.
4. Provide operational support to International Training Managers for organizing various events and international seminars.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Proven aesthetic sense and proficiency in creating presentations.
3. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
2. Creativity and curiosity.
3. Strong organizational and autonomous working skills.
4. Ability to understand learner needs and design appropriate training solutions.

Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in retail, luxury, or fashion industries.
