1. Develop creative and pedagogical training content for sales teams across EMEA, USA, Asia, and Japan.
2. Manage the e-learning platform, including the development of e-learning modules, creation of training paths, and content integration.
3. Generate KPI reports and engage with the community of learners and trainers.
4. Coordinate and respond to market requests, providing assistance with platform usage.
5. Provide operational support for the organization of various international training events and seminars.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
2. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
2. Creative and aesthetic sensibility in presentation creation.
3. Strong organizational and autonomous working capabilities.
4. Ability to understand learner needs and design appropriate training solutions.

Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in retail, luxury, or fashion industries.
