1. Assist the Manager in implementing the international PCRM strategy across various markets.
2. Support the development of bespoke CRM technological solutions for the brand, including clienteling applications, BI environments, marketing tools, and DCC.
3. Create engaging and interactive training materials on clienteling to inspire and empower boutique teams in their daily activities.
4. Aid the Clienteling & PCRM Projects Manager in preparing and participating in key project meetings, including note-taking, summarizing, and feedback collection.
5. Address client data management needs across different regions.

1. Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) with a strong understanding of PCRM and data analysis.
2. Proficiency in English is essential; French is advantageous.
3. Demonstrated analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
4. Creative with proven skills in PowerPoint, video production, and other digital tools for impactful content creation.
5. Comfortable with public speaking and familiar with luxury industry standards.
6. Keen interest in the luxury sector, with a meticulous, autonomous, proactive, curious, and cooperative nature.
7. Ideally, previous experience in CRM.
