1. Assist the Manager in implementing the international PCRM strategy and its application in various markets.
2. Aid in the development of specific CRM IT and technical solutions for the Maison (clienteling application, BI environment, Marketing Tool, DCC).
3. Extract KPIs and conduct occasional analyses of the customer and prospect database.
4. Support the Clienteling & PCRM Projects Manager in preparing and participating in project meetings (note-taking, synthesis, next steps, testing, feedback reporting, etc.).
5. Address needs related to customer data management across different regions.

1. Bachelor's degree +4/5 with a good understanding of PCRM and data analysis.
2. Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
3. Strong analytical skills and excellent proficiency in Excel.
4. Ability to design creative and innovative PowerPoint presentations and guidelines.
5. Sensitivity to the luxury sector, with qualities such as rigor, curiosity, proactivity, cooperation, and organization.
