Boucheron International PCRM Assistant Intern

- Assist the Clienteling Manager in implementing the international PCRM strategy across various markets.
- Support the development of bespoke CRM technological solutions, including clienteling applications, BI environments, marketing tools, and DCC.
- Extract KPIs and conduct ad-hoc analyses of customer and prospect databases.
- Aid the Clienteling & PCRM Projects Manager in preparing and participating in key project meetings, including note-taking, synthesis, next steps, testing, and feedback collection.
- Address data management needs for customer information across different regions.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) with a strong understanding of PCRM and data analysis.
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to design creative and innovative PowerPoint presentations and guidelines.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector, with a meticulous, curious, proactive, cooperative, and organized approach.
- Ideally, previous experience in CRM.
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Creative presentation design skills.
Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in CRM.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5).
