- Translate the Global Product Marketing Strategy into an operational reality.
- Coordinate the 360 strategic and tactical projects of the Maison.
- Lead product selections for 360 activations aligned with Global Marketing Strategy, considering local specificities.
- Initiate reports for different projects to evaluate their performance based on defined KPIs and encourage best practices sharing.
- Lead key marketing platforms such as WW Product Seminar and International Marketing Day, including organization and content.
- Support business in EMEA, APAC, and Japan, especially in key moments.
- Lead and drive 360 Activations Plans with internal teams to meet customers’ expectations and brand objectives.
- Support and follow-up additional tactical projects to support business opportunities and secure brand positioning.
- Coordinate the work of internal teams, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are respected.
- Analyze the relevance of operations carried out to learn the best lessons.
- Analyze the effectiveness of projects and encourage best practice sharing across regions.
- Follow-up KPIs defined by top management teams and develop reporting to determine overall performance of projects.
- Lead the WW Product Seminar full organization and prepare content in anticipation of WW Seminar.
- Organize the International Marketing Day, a key marketing platform in alignment with Product Marketing Teams.
- Ensure the implementation of the product strategy in the management of strategic/tactical projects.
- Define WW Calendar according to priority markets and brand/business objectives.
- Provide operational support to the Regions and facilitate meetings with local teams.
- Encourage transversality and partner with markets to identify local marketing opportunities.
- Ensure regular communication with markets to increase responsiveness between the Central and the Regions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and coordination or similar role.
