- Participate in the production of clienteling assets such as e-cards and high jewelry photo shoots.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and publish developed assets for retail teams.
- Update the content management database.
- Support gifting programs and operational tasks, including market needs collection and order tracking.
- Coordinate production and logistics with the Visual Merchandising team.
- Consolidate client listings and manage relationships with various service providers.
- Assist in executing international VIC Care programs with tailored treatments for top clients.
- Manage market requests and coordinate with flagship stores and partners.
- Contribute to the annual marketing campaign roadmap and monitor international and local campaigns.
- Consolidate best practices post-campaign and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Update various reporting tools.
- Support regional markets in developing local strategies and creating CRM activity guidelines.
- Manage and track market needs for clienteling and gifting tools.
- Conduct regular benchmarking on clienteling, VIC Care, and gifting topics.
- Share best practices across regions.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) with a strong interest in client strategy and relationship marketing.
- Ideally, previous experience in CRM or Marketing.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Keen interest in the luxury sector.
- Diligence, involvement, curiosity, reliability, and organizational skills.
Previous experience in CRM or Marketing is preferred.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5)
