Boucheron Internal Mail Assistant

1. Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and parcels to internal recipients promptly and accurately.
2. Prepare, label and dispatch outgoing mail and courier shipments, ensuring correct documentation and postage.
3. Maintain accurate records and tracking logs for all inbound and outbound items; escalate lost or delayed items following internal procedures.
4. Coordinate with external courier partners and internal stakeholders to schedule pickups, returns and urgent deliveries.
5. Manage and replenish mailroom supplies; ensure equipment (scales, franking machines, scanners) is operational and arrange servicing when required.
6. Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive correspondence and high-value items in accordance with company protocols.
7. Support facilities team with related tasks such as receiving vendor deliveries and assisting with simple inventory control.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Demonstrable attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
3. Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting and moving parcels) and work on feet for extended periods.
4. Clear written and verbal communication skills and basic numeracy for postage and documentation.
5. Legal authorization to work in the Republic of Korea.
