Intern - Workplace Assistant

1. Assist in the implementation of a Facility Management software project, including tool configuration and user training.
2. Design and oversee office reorganization projects, including certification and environmental reporting.
3. Optimize service providers by drafting specifications, organizing tenders, and selecting partners.
4. Manage billing processes, including budget preparation and reconciliation of invoices.
5. Provide daily services to office occupants, including supply management.
6. Oversee site operations, including maintenance, service contracts, and environmental reporting.
7. Participate in digitalization projects and draft operational procedures.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Workplace Environment or related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Comfortable with technical and operational challenges, and able to manage unexpected situations in project management.
