1. Serve as the primary liaison for the sales team on all matters related to special orders.
2. Support markets in the special order process and manage request follow-ups.
3. Oversee product development stages and update tracking tools for Special Orders.
4. Prepare creative briefs for the studio and coordinate with the Stone Department.
5. Organize photo shoots for newly produced pieces.
6. Prepare sales tools, including boxes, certificates, and gouaches, and oversee order deliveries.
7. Provide operational support to the Marketing team, including sales analysis and product presentation assistance.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or equivalent program (Bachelor's +4/5), in a gap year or final year of study.
2. Previous experience of 6 months in the jewelry industry is preferred.
