1. Serve as the primary contact for the sales team regarding special order inquiries.
2. Assist markets with the special order process and track requests.
3. Oversee product development stages on a daily basis.
4. Update tracking tools for Special Orders.
5. Prepare quotes for Special Orders.
6. Coordinate with the Stones Department.
7. Create creative briefs for the studio.
8. Organize photo shoots for newly produced pieces.
9. Prepare sales tools, including boxes, certificates, and gouachés, and manage order deliveries.
10. Provide operational support to the Marketing team, including sales analysis and product presentation assistance.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or equivalent program (Bachelor's +4/5), in a gap year or final year internship.
2. A previous 6-month experience in the jewelry sector is appreciated.
