1. Serve as the primary contact for the sales team regarding all matters related to special orders.
2. Support markets in the special order process and track requests.
3. Monitor product development stages on a daily basis.
4. Update tracking tools for Special Orders.
5. Create quotes for Special Orders.
6. Coordinate with the Stones Department.
7. Draft creative briefs for the studio.
8. Organize photoshoots for pieces post-production.
9. Prepare sales tools (cases, certificates, gouaches) and oversee the delivery of orders.
10. Provide operational support to the Marketing team, including sales analysis and product presentation assistance.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or equivalent program (Bachelor's +4/5), in a gap year or final year of study.
2. Prior experience of 6 months in the jewelry industry is preferred.
