1. Serve as the primary liaison for the sales team regarding special order inquiries.
2. Assist markets in the special order process and manage request follow-ups.
3. Oversee product development stages on a daily basis.
4. Update tracking tools for Special Orders.
5. Prepare quotations for Special Orders.
6. Coordinate with the Stones Department.
7. Create creative briefs for the studio.
8. Organize photoshoots for newly produced pieces.
9. Prepare sales tools such as boxes, certificates, and gouachés, and track order deliveries.
10. Provide operational support to the Marketing team, including sales analysis and product presentation assistance.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or equivalent program (Bachelor's +4/5), in a gap year or final year of study.
2. Previous experience of 6 months in the jewelry industry is preferred.
