- Assist the Merchandising Manager in managing stock for the International High Jewelry team.
- Coordinate transfer requests for client presentations, ensuring product availability and logistical alignment.
- Monitor the transportation of selections for commercial and communication events, collaborating with Sales Administration.
- Validate product availability for press shoots, celebrity loans, and internal requests, focusing on new collections.
- Track and coordinate product refurbishments for sales with the Quality Control department.
- Conduct stock analyses, including quantitative, qualitative, and geographic evaluations, and assess event ROI.
- Develop a stock mapping with regional allocations.
- Support the development and implementation of 360° plans, including tool development and performance tracking.
- Provide operational support during international events, such as press presentations and client activations.
- Facilitate coordination between departments including CRM, Retail, Image, Press, and Visual Merchandising.
- Currently pursuing a degree from a Business School or equivalent (Bachelor's +4/5).
- Interest in the luxury and jewelry sectors is advantageous.
- Understanding of the luxury industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in English.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI is beneficial.
No specific experience required, but a background in luxury or jewelry is beneficial.
Pursuing a degree from a Business School or equivalent (Bachelor's +4/5).
