1. Assist the Merchandising Manager with stock management tasks.
2. Coordinate product transfers for client presentations, ensuring availability and logistical coordination.
3. Track the movement of selections for commercial and communication events, collaborating with the Sales Administration team.
4. Validate availability for press shoots, celebrity loans, and internal requests, focusing on new collections.
5. Monitor the refurbishment process for sales with the Quality Control department.
6. Conduct stock analyses, including quantitative, qualitative, and geographical evaluations.
7. Develop stock mapping with regional allocations.
8. Support international project development and implementation, including 360° plans.
9. Provide operational support during international events, such as press presentations and client activations.
10. Coordinate with various departments including CRM, Retail, Image, Press, and Visual Merchandising.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or equivalent (Bachelor's +4/5).
2. Previous 6-month experience in the jewelry sector preferred.
3. Familiarity with the luxury industry is advantageous.

3. Teamwork and collaboration skills.
4. Proficiency in English, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

A minimum of 6 months of experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree from a Business School or equivalent (Bachelor's +4/5).
