1. Serve as the point of contact for the sales team regarding special order inquiries.
2. Assist markets in the special order process and track requests.
3. Monitor product development stages daily.
4. Update tracking tools for Special Orders.
5. Prepare cost estimates for Special Orders.
6. Coordinate with the Stones department.
7. Create creative briefs for the studio.
8. Organize photoshoots for newly produced pieces.
9. Prepare sales tools (cases, certificates, gouaches) and oversee order delivery.
10. Provide operational support to the Marketing team, including sales analysis and product presentation assistance.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or equivalent program (Bachelor's +4/5), in a gap year or final year internship.
2. Previous experience of 6 months in the jewelry industry is preferred.

6 months of prior experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in progress, preferably in Business or related field.
