1. Define and implement the overall industrial strategy in a high-growth and transformative environment.
2. Lead product development and ensure operational and qualitative performance of production.
3. Develop the medium and long-term industrial vision and the Buy or Make strategy.
4. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Artistic, and Supply Chain departments.
5. Structure industrial teams and define key competencies to support growth.
6. Implement an agile, evolving, and collaborative organization.
7. Define and monitor industrial KPIs and implement continuous improvement tools.
8. Supervise the industrial development of new jewelry and watchmaking products.
9. Strengthen quality assurance systems and lead quality and after-sales teams.
10. Define and manage the strategy for industrial information systems, including PLM, ERP, and MES.

1. Proven experience (10+ years) in industrial management within demanding environments.
2. Expertise in product development and management of outsourced production.
3. Experience in the luxury sector (jewelry, watchmaking, leather goods, etc.).
4. Experience in change management and organizational structuring.
5. Practical experience in leading operational projects.
