Boucheron Image Project Assistant Intern

1. Participate in briefing meetings with creative agencies.
2. Assist in the validation meetings for creative concepts and talent selection, including photographers and stylists.
3. Aid in selecting jewelry for photoshoots based on marketing objectives and market priorities across EMEA, USA, Japan, Korea, China, and the Middle East.
4. Support the preparation of photoshoots, including creating consignment notes in coordination with Marketing and Supply Chain departments.
5. Participate in photoshoots, including jewelry reception and assisting with jewelry placement on models.
6. Post-shoot, oversee the development of assets (images and videos) to ensure alignment with social media and media team expectations.
7. Attend select photo and video retouching sessions.
8. Manage operational tools such as editorial calendars, internal presentations of 360 orchestrations, campaign shot recaps, and meeting schedules.
9. Regularly update and organize Boucheron's image databases (server and DAM).
10. Conduct regular market research on jewelry and fashion brands, as well as new formats and creative talents.
11. Collaborate with Social, Media, Digital, PR, Influence, Celebrities, Marketing, Supply Chain teams, and global markets.

1. Currently enrolled in a communication, advertising, design, fashion, business, or event management school, at a Bac +4/+5 level.
2. Proactive, agile, meticulous, and organized.
3. Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.
4. Keen interest in developing artistic and creative skills.
5. Interest in image, luxury, fashion, and/or jewelry.
6. Previous experience in production or an image department is advantageous.

1. Fluent in French and English (reading, writing, speaking).
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).

Currently pursuing a degree in communication, advertising, design, fashion, business, or event management at Bac +4/+5 level.
