Boucheron Image Project Assistant Intern

- Participate in briefing meetings with creative agencies.
- Assist in the validation meetings for creative concepts and talent selection, including photographers and stylists.
- Aid in selecting jewelry for photoshoots based on marketing objectives and market priorities across EMEA, USA, Japan, Korea, China, and the Middle East.
- Support the preparation of photoshoots, including creating consignment notes in coordination with Marketing and Supply Chain departments.
- Participate in photoshoots, including jewelry reception and assisting with jewelry placement on models.
- Post-shoot, oversee the development of assets (images and videos) to ensure alignment with social media and media team expectations.
- Attend select photo and video retouching sessions.
- Manage operational tools such as editorial calendars, internal presentations of 360 orchestrations, campaign shot recaps, and meeting schedules.
- Regularly update and organize Boucheron's image databases (server and DAM).
- Conduct regular market research on jewelry and fashion brands, as well as new formats and creative talents.
- Collaborate with Social, Media, Digital, PR, Influence, Celebrities, Marketing, Supply Chain teams, and global markets.
- Currently enrolled in a communication, advertising, design, fashion, business, or event management school, at a Bac +4/+5 level.
- Proactive, agile, meticulous, and organized.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.
- Keen interest in developing artistic and creative skills.
- Interest in image, luxury, fashion, and/or jewelry.
- Previous experience in production or an image department is advantageous.
- Fluent in French and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).

Currently pursuing a degree in communication, advertising, design, fashion, business, or event management at Bac +4/+5 level.
