Boucheron Image Project Assistant Intern

- Participate in briefing meetings with creative agencies.
- Engage in concept validation meetings with creative talents such as photographers and stylists.
- Assist in selecting jewelry for photoshoots based on marketing objectives and market priorities (EMEA, USA, Japan, Korea, China, Middle East).
- Aid in the preparation of photoshoots, including creating the consignment note in coordination with Marketing and Supply Chain departments.
- Participate in photoshoots, handling jewelry reception and assisting with jewelry placement on models.
- Post-shoot, follow up on asset development (images and videos) to ensure coherence and relevance, meeting social media and media team expectations.
- Attend photo and video retouching sessions.
- Manage operational tools: editorial calendar, internal presentations of 360 orchestrations, campaign shoot recaps, and meeting schedules.
- Regularly update and organize Boucheron's image databases (server and DAM).
- Conduct regular market research on jewelry brands, fashion brands, new formats, and creative talents.
- Collaborate with Social, Media, Digital, PR, Influence, Celebrities, Marketing, Supply Chain teams, and global markets.
- Currently enrolled in a communication, advertising, design, fashion, business, or event management program at a Bac +4/+5 level.
- Proactive, agile, meticulous, and organized.
- Enjoys teamwork in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in developing artistic/creative sense.
- Interest in image, luxury, fashion, and/or jewelry.
- Previous experience in shoot production or an image department is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
Previous experience in production or image department is advantageous but not mandatory.
Currently pursuing a degree in communication, advertising, design, fashion, business, or event management at a Bac +4/+5 level.
