1. Serve as the primary HR contact for interns and apprentices within the corporate headquarters.
2. Collaborate with department managers to develop job descriptions.
3. Draft and publish job advertisements on various platforms, including internal channels and LinkedIn.
4. Gather recruitment needs from managers.
5. Oversee the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including conducting interviews and compiling interview reports.
6. Facilitate the integration process for corporate employees, including system onboarding and orientation presentations.
7. Foster and develop the intern and apprentice community within the organization.
8. Assist with onboarding sessions.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or University with a specialization in HR or occupational psychology.
2. Seeking a 6-month internship commencing in September 2025.
3. Previous experience in HR development or recruitment is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
3. Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
4. Keen interest in the luxury sector.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent interpersonal and adaptability skills.

Previous experience in HR development or recruitment is preferred.
