Boucheron Human Resources Internship

- Serve as the primary HR contact for interns and apprentices within the corporate headquarters.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop job descriptions.
- Draft and publish job advertisements on various platforms, including internal channels and LinkedIn.
- Gather recruitment needs from managers.
- Oversee the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including conducting interviews and compiling interview reports.
- Facilitate the integration process for corporate employees, including system onboarding and orientation presentations.
- Foster and develop the intern and apprentice community within the organization.
- Assist with onboarding sessions.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or University with a specialization in HR or occupational psychology.
- Seeking a 6-month internship commencing in September 2025.
- Previous experience in HR development or recruitment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Keen interest in the luxury sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and adaptability skills.
Previous experience in HR development or recruitment is preferred.
