- Coordinate and identify recruitment needs with the HR Business Partner and Managers for internships and junior positions.
- Determine search and selection criteria for candidates.
- Conduct CV sourcing through various job boards and professional networks such as LinkedIn and Fashionjob.
- Perform pre-qualification telephone interviews and prepare candidate shortlists for various positions.
- Organize interviews with the HR Business Partner and Managers.
- Prepare and organize the onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate internal HR integration processes.
- Assist in drafting contracts and amendments.
- Participate in the EMEA region's HR project coordination and support.
- Assist with disciplinary files, including updates and scheduling.
- Control and update employee HR data in the HRIS (Workday).
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or enrolled in a business school with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in HR development or recruitment.
- Proactive, meticulous, organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
A first successful experience in HR development or recruitment is required.
Master's degree in Human Resources or Business School specialization in Human Resources.
The position offers an apprenticeship contract for one year, starting in September 2025.
