- Assist in defining, implementing, and managing the company's Health and Safety (HS) policies to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Define internal HS audit plans and support the resulting action plans.
- Promote HS policies through awareness campaigns and training sessions for all staff, focusing on risk prevention.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring to anticipate sector changes and adjust HS policies accordingly.
- Identify and implement a management tool for the Professional Risk Assessment Document (DUERP) in collaboration with the HR department.
- Identify and evaluate occupational risks associated with various activities.
- Update the DUERP and propose corrective and preventive actions to mitigate identified risks.
- Raise awareness of workplace health and safety culture through internal communication campaigns.
- Update regulatory HSE displays, including chemical products and machinery, and oversee their maintenance.
- Select and monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Formalize maintenance tracking for various equipment.
- Monitor workshop developments from an HS perspective and propose improvements for better working conditions.
- Oversee office space reorganization projects, including BREEAM certification and Tertiary Decree projects.
- Manage site operations, including contractor interventions and maintenance.
- Oversee service contracts (cleaning, reception, maintenance) and present projects to staff representatives and management.
- Conduct environmental reporting and manage the vehicle fleet.
- Participate in digitalization projects and draft operational procedures.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HSE or a related field.
- Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders, including colleagues and suppliers.
- Proficient in handling technical and operational challenges.
- Adaptable to unforeseen project management situations.
- Proactive and curious with a strategic outlook.
- Versatile, meticulous, and eager to develop autonomy.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT tools.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with HSE concepts and project management is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HSE or a related field.
