- Assist in defining, implementing, and managing the company's Health and Safety (HSE) policy to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Develop internal HSE audit plans and support the resulting action plans.
- Promote the HSE policy through awareness and training initiatives focused on risk prevention.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring to anticipate sector changes and adapt the HSE policy accordingly.
- Identify and implement a management tool for the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUERP) in collaboration with HR.
- Evaluate professional risks associated with various activities and update the DUERP.
- Propose corrective and preventive actions to mitigate identified risks.
- Update HSE regulatory displays, including chemical products and machinery information.
- Oversee the selection and monitoring of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage.
- Formalize maintenance tracking for various equipment.
- Contribute to workspace reorganization projects, including BREEAM certification and Tertiary Decree compliance.
- Manage site operations, including service contracts and environmental reporting.
- Participate in digitalization projects and draft operational procedures.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HSE or a related field.
- Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders, including employees and suppliers.
- Proficient in handling technical and operational challenges.
- Adaptable to project management's inherent unpredictability.
- Proactive and curious with a strategic mindset.
- Team-oriented with a desire to impact colleagues' quality of life positively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with HSE practices is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program related to HSE.
