1. Serve as the initial point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, HR Business Partners, and external partners.
2. Provide daily HR activities and administrative support in compliance with labor laws.
3. Assist in the management of employee records and HR documentation.
4. Support HR Business Partners in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Contribute to the enhancement of employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

No prior experience required, though previous exposure to HR functions or internships in a similar field is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
