- Serve as the initial point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, HR Business Partners, and external partners.
- Provide daily HR activities and administrative support to employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws in all HR operations.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
No prior experience required, but any experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
