- Drive retail marketing initiatives within the boutique to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
- Create a unique sense of ceremony for the XTD store, ensuring the delivery of unparalleled service standards.
- Develop strategic external partnerships to foster long-term client loyalty.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality management.
- Strong understanding of high-end client service and event management.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail or hospitality sector is required.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
