- Develop and present collection briefs through comprehensive analysis of collections and sales.
- Oversee the critical path from creative brief to product launch.
- Coordinate the development and production of pieces in collaboration with the Atelier and Stones department.
- Manage budgets effectively.
- Maintain dashboards for each collection, including referencing and pricing.
- Oversee the image database management.
- Coordinate product environment with Communication and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Ensure legal compliance in collaboration with the Legal department.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and archive research.
- Manage stone requirements and define purchase roadmaps.
- Prepare product launches with relevant departments to ensure optimal conditions.
- Create Product News for each launch, including product information and storytelling.
- Provide product training and organize expert seminars.
- Support local markets in collection deployment in coordination with Operational Marketing and Communication.
- Manage product lifecycle and inventory through sales, stock, and margin analysis.
- Prepare monthly reporting meetings and annual product plans.
- Supervise a permanent employee and an intern.
- Master's degree in Marketing from a business school, university, or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in Product Development.
- Experience in the jewelry and high jewelry sector is advantageous.
- Management experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong product sensitivity and creative sense.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Meticulous, analytical, autonomous, well-organized, responsive, and business-oriented.
Previous experience in product development, preferably within the jewelry industry, with management responsibilities.
Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
