Boucheron Global Media Manager

- Develop the global media strategy for Boucheron, including media guidelines and budget alignment with global communication objectives.
- Implement and optimize strategic media topics such as full funnel strategy, media clusters, programmatic buying, and paid social.
- Collaborate with media agencies to study the media landscape and competitive analysis to provide strategic insights and benchmarks.
- Lead media strategy and planning for central media campaigns, including test & learn practices.
- Review and adjust briefs, media strategy, detailed plans, and campaign reports.
- Monitor local budget allocations and guide markets on paid media-related topics.
- Present local media strategies and plans, global reports, and benchmarks to senior management.
- Oversee the media agency and develop best practices for Boucheron at both central and local levels.
- Ensure the implementation of Kering/Boucheron standards and procedures with the new agency.
- Manage central campaign briefing and supervise agency planning, execution, and optimization.
- Create specific strategies and key performance indicators for all channels to analyze performance accurately.
- Manage the headquarters media team and indirectly oversee regional Media Managers.
- Handle financial tracking and billing management.
- Maintain media tools such as budget platforms and performance dashboards.
- Proactively collaborate with internal teams such as Digital, Marketing, Image, Press, and CRM.
- Work with Kering's media team on group priority topics.
- Maintain close relationships with media partners to keep abreast of media updates.
- Occasionally organize workshops with internal teams, agencies, and partners.
- At least six years of experience in media planning and strategy across all channels (Display, Paid Search, Social, Print, OOH).
- Significant experience and affinity with the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience using data to generate campaign insights.
- Creative and innovative thinking to drive growth.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
