- Develop and implement the global media strategy and guidelines in alignment with Boucheron's communication objectives and activations.
- Lead integrated media strategy across all paid channels throughout the purchase funnel, ensuring data-driven approaches and performance-oriented media buying.
- Collaborate with media agencies to analyze the media landscape and competitive environment, providing strategic insights and benchmarks.
- Oversee media strategy and planning for central campaigns, including test and learn practices.
- Review and adjust briefs, media strategies, detailed plans, and campaign reports.
- Manage local budget allocations and guide markets on paid media topics, including planning, technical questions, assets, and data.
- Present local media strategies and plans, global reports, and benchmarks to senior management.
- Drive the media agency and develop best practices for Boucheron at both central and local levels.
- Ensure the implementation of Kering/Boucheron standards and procedures with the new agency.
- Supervise central campaign briefing and oversee agency planning, execution, and optimization.
- Create specific strategies and key performance indicators for all channels to analyze performance accurately.
- Manage the headquarters media team and indirectly oversee regional Media Managers.
- Monitor financials and manage billing processes.
- Maintain media tools, including budget platforms, performance dashboards, and Google Analytics.
- Proactively collaborate with internal teams such as Digital, Marketing, Image, Press, and CRM.
- Engage with Kering's media team on group priority topics.
- Foster strong relationships with media partners to stay updated on media developments.
- Occasionally organize workshops with internal teams, agencies, and partners.
- Minimum of six years of experience in media planning and strategy across all channels (Display, Paid Search, Social, Print, OOH).
- Significant experience and affinity with the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience in leveraging data for campaign insights.
- Creative and innovative thinking to drive growth.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
