Boucheron Finance Assistant

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting by extracting and inputting actual data into required systems or Excel.
- Support variance analysis by comparing actual versus forecasted performance.
- Assist with data collection and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends.
- Ensure data accuracy in monthly financial reporting and presentations as per the Finance Director's guidelines.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning.
- Support the creation and automation of dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data.
- Finance and accounting knowledge; related degrees preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in finance roles, especially in FP&A teams, preferred but not mandatory.
- Retail business experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong English communication skills in speaking, listening, and writing.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn about finance-related tasks.
Previous experience in finance roles, particularly in FP&A teams, is preferred but not mandatory.
Finance or accounting degrees are preferred but not mandatory.
