1. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting by extracting and inputting actual data into required systems or Excel.
2. Support variance analysis by comparing actual versus forecasted performance.
3. Assist with data collection and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.
4. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends.
5. Ensure data accuracy in monthly financial reporting and presentations as per the Finance Director's guidelines.
6. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning.
7. Support the creation and automation of dashboards and reports.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data.

1. Finance and accounting knowledge; related degrees preferred but not mandatory.
2. Experience in finance roles, especially in FP&A teams, preferred but not mandatory.
3. Retail business experience is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong English communication skills in speaking, listening, and writing.
3. Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
4. Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn about finance-related tasks.

Previous experience in finance roles, particularly in FP&A teams, is preferred but not mandatory.

Finance or accounting degrees are preferred but not mandatory.
