- Drive sales performance to achieve individual and store targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate brand values and craftsmanship.

- Proven track record in luxury sales, preferably in jewelry or watches.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and clientele.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales, with a focus on jewelry or watches.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
